When you join the waitlist, we collect the following information:

  • Email Address: Used to notify you when products launch
  • Interest Selection: Helps us understand which products you're interested in
  • Timestamp: Recorded when you joined the waitlist

Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  • To notify you when Scaling Maturity products become available
  • To send you early access information and updates
  • To understand product interest for development planning
  • If you request a color figures companion as a buyer of a printed book: to send you that companion file, and to add you to the Scaling Maturity newsletter

Printed-book color figures companion

If you request the color figures companion, we collect your email address, the printed edition that matches the page you used (hardcover or paperback), and the address of that page. After you confirm your email, we send you a download link for that companion version. You are also added to the Scaling Maturity newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for fulfilling your request, and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR for the newsletter. You can ask us to delete this data at any time.

The processing of your personal data is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at andrejalbrecht@gmail.com.

Your data is stored securely in this website’s database. The data is protected by technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access.

This website uses strictly necessary cookies so the site and your cookie choice work.

Analytics and session replay (PostHog): After you accept analytics, we load PostHog on Albrecht Apps infrastructure (ingest.analytics.albrecht-apps.com). That includes page views and session replay so we can see how the site is used. Form fields and typed text are masked. Nothing loads until you accept. You can change this under Cookies. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising pixels.
